Day 3, Breakfast at O'Hana's

Day 3 we actually took it pretty easy. The girls and I met up for breakfast with my parents at the Polynesian Resort and had breakfast with Mickey,Pluto, Lilo and Stitch. Jeff had his conference in the mornings so it worked out real well. Very cute breakfast, we've never eaten there, so it was nice. Couldn't believe that Abby was ok with Stitch, she surprised me.

Too funny of a picture with Ashley. Lilo was so sweet with her though. Ashley's face is hilarious.

Still at Disney, Animal Kingdom!

On day 2 we went to Animal Kingdom and my parents met up with us (a.k.a. Mimi and Poppy)
We had never been to Animal Kingdom, and it was the perfect park for us. More perfect for Abby, she's not into doing the rides. But it was so nice and the shows are really cool!

Watching the Jingle Jangle Jungle Parade!

Abby has been into posing for pictures. She totally set this one all up. Even positioned her Crush turtle right next to her.

Ashley kept hanging over the stroller making her Popeye face.

Waiting for the Nemo show to begin. Abby was a bit nervous, she has her fingers in her ears.

Ashley thought Goofy was funny.

There are parrots in the background.

We went to Chef Mickey's for dinner. The desserts were so yummy!

Look at Ashley! She got the biggest kick out of all the characters! Abby always knows when to pose!

A CME at Disney!!!

Jeff had a CME(continuing medical education) at Disney's Grand Floridian and we were all up for it! We went the week before Thanksgiving, and the Christmas decorations were pretty much all up. There was even a life size gingerbread house in the lobby of the hotel. Soooooo cute! Of course, before we left I had to buy a real gingerbread house for us to bring home. The first night we were there we went to eat with Cinderella and her entourage and then it was off to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. I know, you think we were crazy taking a baby, but she is such an awesome baby! By the way the party is from 7pm to midnight. We left around 11pm though. So much fun and so worth it!!

Too excited to be at Disney!

Just a funny picture of Ashley

Abby with one of Cinderella's mice.

Ashley's first encounter with a character, and she totally ate it up. She started laughing!!

Here's Drizella, the step-sister. They were a hoot!

Abby meets Tinkerbell for the first time. This is a whole new meet and greet with the Disney fairies. Very cute set up.
Gotta get a pic with Minnie, and poor Ashley fell asleep in the stroller. What a trooper.

It was very cold that night. Can you tell, mittens and all!

Waiting for the parade!

Mainstreet all decked out. This picture does not do it justice.

Happy Halloween!

Halloween day started off with the costume parade at Abby's school. It was really nice because Jeff was able to be there for it. Abby was sweetly surprised to see him there.

They march around the inside of the church.

Abby talking with her friend Andrew. Poor girl woke up with her allergies, or so I thought, later that afternoon she began running a fever. Good mommy, sending her to school, but she was acting normal. Plus, she didn't want to miss her party or trick or treating. Luckily, it never turned into anything serious. Whew!

This was my parents on Halloween night. They surprised us all by dressing up like doctors to go trick or treating. Can't believe that my mom actually convinced my dad to do it. What good grandparents!

Chruch Fall Festival

Our church had a fall festival on the 29th of Oct. It was cute, we could only go for a little bit, but it was fun. Abby was Princess Ariel and Ashley wore her cute pumpkin outfit.

All dressed up with someplace to go!
Abby playing one of the games they had there.

They had this little area for pictures. This turned out too cute.

Pumpkin Patch!

OK, I'm finally getting around to posting new pictures. We did get to go to a pumpkin patch this year, however, somehow we forgot to get a pumpkin to carve. Who knows, time just went right by us. Anyhow, we went with the MOMS group from my church, and we had a really good turn out. Super fun, especially for Abby. I didn't really get any good pictures of Ashley, she just wanted to play with the hay or was mesmerized by the pumpkins. We tried.

What a cool pumpkin! Her first time ever seeing a pumpkin!

This was so cute these teenage girls from the church read them "The Pumpkin Patch Parable" at the pumpkin patch. Too cute.

She is getting so big!

The best I could get of Ashley. Everyone was trying to get her to smile, the funny thing is is that she is such a happy baby all the time. Figures when it's picture time she goes the other way.

I took a few shots of this, and she just looked at the hay, Abby is real good with pictures, thank goodness.

Another one we tried for. Pretty cute, though.

We met "Shampoo"!

A couple of weekends ago we went to Seaworld. When we arrived to the park there was Shamu posing for pictures! Abby kept calling the whale, Shampoo! She was saying very loudly, "Hi, Shampoo" over and over! It was too funny. Eventually we corrected her, but it was too cute! Anyhow, we had such a nice time and it wasn't even crowded! Awesome!!! We got a bunch of pics but I'm just putting a few up. Abby had a lot of fun with all the whales, dolphins, penguins and everything else that was there.

Here we are with Shamu (Shampoo?).

A picture with the very noisy sea lions. They were very cute, though.

We took a small tour, and part of it was getting to meet and pet a penguin. They were too cute! The penguin we got pet had a boyfriend, and he let us know it! When they opened the little gate to let her back in, he came right out and got next to her. So, sweet.

She's coming right for us!

We ate lunch at a restaurant called The Shark Underwater Grill. It's right by the whole shark exhibit. This is inside the restaurant. The whole shark aquarium is all around you along with a bunch of other fish. It was actually so nice and peaceful eating in there. The sharks and fish swim so easily and slow, it was so relaxing and cool!
