Chrstmas Day
Believe it or not we didn't start opening presents until about 7:30 am. Nice! My family came over later in the morning, and we did presents with them. My cousin came later with her son. It was really a nice day, and everyone had fun.
Ashley loves her new bouncy horse. She loves to bounce at any given moment, so this was perfect for her!

Barbie Princess Dress from Santa! This was the main thing she wanted, and she told everyone! Santa searched high and low for this present (out of stock, even online) It was a God thing that I found it, and it was even on clearance! WooHoo!

Christmas Eve
Christmas eve at the Crick house was fun and eventful! Abby was so into it this year, it was so much fun! The pictures will pretty much say it all.
The girls are ready to go to church for the Christmas Eve service. They looked so cute!
After church we came home and got comfy. Jeff and Abby made cookies for Santa. My dad used to do cookies with us growing up, so I thought it would be fun to pass down the tradition. They really did have fun, and thank goodness for Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough!

Here's the loot, and our pretty tree! The girls got their 3 main gifts from Santa, just like Jesus got 3 gifts from the wise men. Abby really did understand the true meaning of Christmas, and that made us feel really good. We did make a birthday cake for Jesus (red velvet), but we didn't get pics of it. It turned out yummy and Abby had fun singing Happy B-day to Jesus.
Trying to get a picture of the girls with their matching pj's. Ashley was too distracted with the bows! Oh so pretty and shiny!
Ok, this is funny! One of our neighbors left Abby some "reindeer food" (glitter and Quaker oats)for her to sprinkle on the front lawn for Santa's reindeer. We took her outside and she pretty much dumped it all in front of the deer that was lit up in our yard. It was food for the light up deer! Crazy girl!
